Davao halal council revamp leaves flagship facilities awaiting delivery plans
Executive Order No. 25 centralises Davao City’s halal development work, but the proposed science centre, abattoir and trade hub lack published budgets, locations and delivery schedules. An earlier council received a similar mandate in 2023.
